This policy explains how Memory Keepers handles personal data submitted through this website. We collect only what is needed to answer requests, prepare and provide services, communicate about an order, protect the service from abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use request details for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell customer data.

Data we may process
Name, phone number, email address, cemetery or service details, message contents, language, technical request information such as IP address and browser information, and information created while handling an order.
Why we use the data
To respond to an enquiry, prepare a quotation, take steps requested before entering into a service agreement, perform and administer an order, provide customer support, keep necessary business records, and prevent abuse or fraudulent submissions.
Legal basis
Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and consent where consent is specifically requested.
No spam or sale of data
Contact details submitted with a request are used for the request and related service communication. They are not added to an advertising mailing list merely because a request was submitted, and we do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for applicable accounting, legal, dispute-resolution and security requirements. Security and abuse-prevention records may be retained while they remain necessary and are periodically reviewable.
Recipients and processors

Your rights

We use technical and organisational safeguards including restricted administration access, transport security, access controls, logging and data minimisation. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
